  Shipping/Refund Policy
 

Shipping:

  • How fast do we ship?
    Products that are in stock will be shipped within two (2) business days.  Special Orders for a new edition will ship in approximately 2 weeks.

  • How do we determine are shipping and handling charges?
    Shipping our handling charges are based on the amount of products you order, their weight, and value.

  • What is our shipping method?
    We ship via UPS ground.  We can only ship to a street address – no post office boxes. 

  • Can my order be expedited?
    If you want your delivery expedited, please contact us Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm EST by calling 516-624-2830 or by email: info@kunstlerillustrations.com.

  • What happens if I find my product is damaged when I open the package?
    We take every measure to ensure that our products arrive at your door in pristine condition. However, if you find your purchase has been damaged in transit, please call customer service 516-624-2830 as soon as possible and we will help resolve the problem. Important: save all packing material.


Returns and Refunds:

  • May I return my purchase?
    Returns can only be made within 30 days of receipt.  Given the fragile nature of our products, you may only return a purchase after obtaining a Return Authorization Number (RMA) by calling 516-624-2830 (Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm EST) or by email: info@kunstlerillustrations.com.

  • How do I ship my return? 
    The product must be returned in its original packing material, and insured for its full value.  Mark on the outside of the box in large, clear letters the Return Authorization Number (RMA).  Enclose in the carton a copy of your original order with the order number.  There may be a restocking fee. The cost of return shipping is at your expense.

  • What happens if my product is damaged in return transit?
    We will not be able to issue a refund if the product was damaged in handling or during transit back to our office.  You will have to make a claim with the carrier you used.  We will contact you to help you with this.

  • Will I be issued a refund with my return?
    If you were given the authority to make a return, and the product is received in pristine condition we will issue a refund.  The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.  A credit will be issued as soon as we receive and process your authorized return.  Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.
